Monitoring -
We want to inform you that multiple RamQuest services including Horizon, ready2close, and Closing Market, are currently experiencing a service disruption related to a widespread cloud infrastructure outage impacting multiple providers, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other global services.
Our teams have confirmed that this issue originated with Azure Front Door (AFD) and DNS propagation problems beginning around 11:00am CST on October 29, 2025. While RamQuest’s internal systems remain operational, external access to some of our key services and support portals have been intermittently unavailable as a result of these broader network issues.
Current Status:
Microsoft has identified an inadvertent configuration change within their AFD infrastructure as the cause. They are in the process of rolling back to a last known good configuration and are beginning to see early signs of recovery.
As of 2:20pm CST, Microsoft estimated that full service restoration may occur within the next several hours. During this period, customer configuration changes may remain temporarily blocked as Microsoft continues mitigation efforts.
Our engineering teams are closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with Microsoft to verify recovery progress. No customer data or underlying infrastructure has been affected, and all systems will automatically resume normal operation once connectivity is restored.
