Scheduled - RamQuest is continuing to make enhancements to the op2 system and infrastructure and, as part of this, we'll be performing scheduled system maintenance on 10/13/24 at 8:00 PM Central and the expected duration of the maintenance is 3 hours. This maintenance applies to the op2 CCE environment and affects certain customers in the Eastern time zone as communicated previously. Please note that the system will be unavailable, unreliable, or perform slowly during this time. It is highly recommended that you save your work and logoff during the maintenance window.

During this maintenance, we'll use this status site to communicate updates on progress as well as send a notification when the maintenance is complete.

Identified - RamQuest's headquarters in Plano, Texas is currently experiencing technical difficulties due to an outage with our ticketing system provider. This is impacting our ability to reach out on existing cases and log reports of new issues. In order to minimize interruptions, RamQuest still has other channels of communications to handle customer's needs.

Please contact support at 214-291-1616 if you need any assistance. If a ticket must be created for research we will take the details and log them when the system is back up.
