We've identified the issue with the op2 solution that may be impacting your daily operations specifically with Entrinsik Informer Reports failing scheduled job runs and timing out. We will be opening another Maintenance status incident this evening beginning at 5PM CST to continue working on this issue. You can anticipate the Entrinsik system being unavailable until that work is completed this evening.
